Quality & Certificates
International standards in production and quality assurance
Our Quality Policy
At Altıntaş Çelik, quality forms the foundation of our business approach. From raw material procurement to engineering, from factory manufacturing to on-site assembly, quality control meeting international standards is applied at every stage.
Over 80 years of industry experience has enabled us to make quality not a goal, but a natural business practice. Every steel element undergoes dimensional inspection, weld examination, and surface preparation before leaving our factory.
Our Quality Control Process
Systematic quality assurance steps applied at every production stage
- 1
Raw Material Inspection
All incoming steel materials are received with certificate verification and dimensional validation.
- 2
Manufacturing Quality Audit
Intermediate and final inspections during cutting, drilling, welding, and assembly phases.
- 3
Weld Examination
Weld quality verified through visual inspection, ultrasonic testing (UT), and penetrant liquid testing.
- 4
Pre-Shipment Control
All parts numbered and packaged, final dimensional and surface inspections performed.
TS EN 1090
European standard for the fabrication and assembly of structural steel and aluminium components.
ISO 3834
Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials.
Eurocode 3
European structural design standard for the design of steel structures.
TBDY 2018
Full compliance with Turkey Building Earthquake Regulation.
Factory-Controlled Production Advantage
All steel construction manufacturing is completed in controlled conditions at our Pınarbaşı/İzmir factory. No on-site manufacturing is performed — this is Altıntaş Çelik's fundamental quality principle.
The controlled factory environment provides distinct advantages in consistent quality, precise dimensional accuracy, and workplace safety compared to on-site manufacturing.
