Industrial Tank Systems

Altıntaş Çelik provides design and fabrication services for industrial steel tank systems addressing the liquid and bulk material storage needs of industrial facilities. Each tank is purpose-designed based on the stored material's chemical properties, temperature requirements and capacity needs.

Our engineering team determines the tank geometry, material selection and connection details according to process requirements. All fabrication is completed at our plant.

Water and Chemical Storage Tanks

We fabricate steel tanks in various volumes and material options for storing industrial process water, cooling water, wastewater and chemical solutions. For chemical tanks, corrosion resistance is ensured using compatible internal linings or alloy steel.

Tank volume is sized according to fill/discharge flow rates and process flow plans. Tank support constructions and pipe connection flanges are included in the project scope.

Mixing and Stock Tanks

We produce mixing and stock tanks for intermediate product or raw material storage in manufacturing processes. Mixer motor-compatible top-flange details, fill/drain connections and level gauge positions are incorporated into the design.

Atmospheric Storage Tanks

Atmospheric-pressure storage tanks are widely used in food, chemical and petrochemical facilities. Tank geometry is designed together with settlement calculations and wind load analysis.
