Heavy-Duty Machine Chassis and Casings

We fabricate steel-body machine chassis and casings for CNC machines, presses, packaging lines, crushers, grinders and other industrial equipment. Every chassis is custom-designed according to the equipment's weight distribution, vibration characteristics and assembly requirements.

Weld quality, surface flatness and dimensional tolerances are critically important in machine casings. Our factory's controlled production environment guarantees this precision.

Equipment Mounting Platforms

Elevated steel platforms for placing machinery and equipment on production lines create work areas independent of floor level. Platform capacity is calculated based on equipment weights and dynamic loads.

In-floor machine anchor bases are included in the project. Access stairs and guardrail systems ensure the platform is equipped for safe use. Integration with the factory building project is possible.

Custom Machine Constructions
