Altıntaş Çelik produces modular steel units and special equipment to meet the non-standard requirements of industrial facilities. Every piece is engineered to the specific technical requirements of its intended equipment and fabricated at our plant.

Conveyor Carrier Lines

We fabricate the steel infrastructure that forms conveyor carrier lines for material handling systems. Leg structures, intermediate support constructions and transition platforms for belt, chain and screw conveyors are manufactured at our plant.

Carrier members are sized according to the line's gradient, carrying capacity and distance. Integration with the factory building project is available.

Crane and Lift Support Constructions

Support constructions for overhead cranes, bridge cranes and freight lifts are engineered as building-integrated or free-standing structures. Rail beams, support columns and foundation anchorage are calculated according to crane capacity.

Vibrating screen machine carrier systems and motor/gearbox platforms are also produced within this scope.

Custom Fixtures and Fabrication Stands

We design and fabricate non-catalogue items including custom stands, assembly fixtures, furnace-internal steel carriers and motor/gearbox platforms. In-floor machine anchor bases also fall within this scope.
