The steel frame system allows faster assembly, reduced structural weight and superior seismic performance. All elements are manufactured at our Pınarbaşı/İzmir factory under quality control and assembled on-site in a planned sequence.

Our Process for Your Residential Steel Building

From Concept to Handover

    Demand Analysis & Preliminary Design

    Number of storeys, floor area, apartment mix and seismic zone data are collected. Structural system options are presented with preliminary cost estimate.

    Structural Engineering

    Column and beam sections, connection details, floor slab type and seismic calculations per TBDY 2018 are finalised. Architectural and structural drawings are coordinated.

  3. 3

    Factory Manufacturing

    All frame elements are produced at our Pınarbaşı/İzmir plant. Dimensional tolerances and weld quality are inspected at every stage. Elements numbered and shipped in erection order.

  4. 4

    On-Site Assembly

    Anchor plates positioned under surveyor supervision. Frame erected floor by floor with safety equipment. Project completed with occupancy permit inspections and as-built drawings.
